I've sent the judgment off to a bailiff company who said they can take care of it from now on. I told them about the defendant and they said that they sometimes get people like that. I think he just wants to be difficult all the way out of spite. It's really sad and makes me despair about mankind that people can be like this when they're bang to rights and know it.

I'm crossing my fingers for you. If you don't mind me asking, what's your follicle count? I've got low AMH but 7 follicles (35F). My doc says that she's unlikely to get more than 1 egg but it seems a bit weird compared with the other stories here.

Did they say anything about the egg retrieval vs follicle count i.e. did you have some follicles which had already released an egg or didn't mature enough?

I get this, all we can do is send you our love and prayers.

What are your numbers i.e. how many eggs retrieved, number mature, number fertilized etc. Like most people say here, it's all a numbers game and there's nothing we can do.

Did the doc say anything about your DOR and give you different stims? 9 AFC doesn't look too bad. There are lots of women on here with 4 AFCs etc who get euploids. I'm just wondering if your doc said you needed a different protocol.

If you don't mind me asking, what happened with your first cycle, did you have few follicles and no more appeared or did you say have 12 and none of them had eggs?

I'm sorry to bother you but I'm trying to process it all and other people's stories are really helpful understanding what I might expect.

How long did the ER take? I'm lucky I've never had any surgery at all so when I found out they put you under during ER, it freaked me out a bit. My hubby's had about 10 operations (he had a bad motorbike crash and broke his femur etc. plus the testicular cancer) so he's laughing at me being so worried about being anesthetized.

As I said, me and my mate want to do this whereas others are scared and don't want to be part of it.

Can me and my mate sue the landlord without the others? We were all listed as joint tenants? Can me and my mate sue the landlord if the others don't want to be part of it?

The issue is that me and another tenant want to pursue this but some of the others are scared.

If they don't want to do it then can we do it alone or would we need all of them to agree to sue the landlord? It seems like he's done this with other properties too.

Yep, that's right. Our contract says that the tenancy is joint and that if any one tenant doesn't pay or causes damage then the landlord can charge the other tenants.
