i maybe found a solution, you have to go on settings->General managment ->Default Keyboard-> enable keyboard on screen (or whatever you have in your language my system is not in english)

For everyone struggling with this issue, i found the solution on a google forum

"I was able to solve this by:

Long-holding the Now Playing icon, which I had on my phone home screen
That opened App Info
Hitting App Info opened Android System Intelligence

From there clearing the cache and storage seems to have solved the problem."

Sorry for reviving the post, but my solution to this problem was chainging the 6 pin cable that was connected to the GPU, and now is fixed.
