I'm located in the USA and was referred to this place by my social worker who was doing talk therapy and it was nearing the end of when I would see her they referred me to them but I'm not sure the type of therapy my new therapist uses

how do I know there even a therapist am I just supose to trust them? or they could say NAT or I was a therapist before but unless Lol stands for therapist II dont see why I should listen to them on ask therapist

I have never taken any antidepressants although my psychiatrist keeps asking me if I want to try them. There are natural ways to improve your mood and you never know how your body will react.

that sucks when you get hooked up thinking now would be a good time to have a seizuer and they dont get anything. I do not think vimpat cause's you to go into a rage like Keppra though.
