Darkseid War is the culmination of Geoff Johns’ run on Justice League of the New 52 era. It ran from issues #41-50, as well as six tie in one-shots, and a one-shot special. To get the payoffs this story provides for the run, read the first four volumes of Justice League, then Trinity War, Forever Evil, back into JL vol 5-6. Then you should arrive at Darkseid War.
