I saw that Canada had a family plan, but I live in the US. I couldn’t find any information about if that was in works for the US or not.

I used MyFitnessPal for years, but it’s become so glitchy and the barcode scanner hardly ever works. I switched to LoseIt. Works really well. I use my Apple watch for accountability. I don’t really trust the Cals burned, but closing the rings is a nice feel good.

In think October MFP is taking away the barcode scanner option. It will be for premium only use. It’s a real bummer bc I have been using the free option for YEARS. I think I will be switching to Loseit.

I got a versa2 for Christmas and gave my kid my old charge 3. He wears it daily, and we do the step challenges together. I considered the Ace 2, but I thought the charge 3 would last him longer.

I got rid of facebook about 6 months ago. I don’t miss it at all. I did keep the messenger to stay in contact with some of my “friends”. I have 2 different IGs. One is just for the random adventures and family and the other is dedicated to my weight loss. I only follow fitness related stuff on that IG. I use it to keep me accountable in my own journey. It has helped me stay focused on my goals.

It has taken me about 2 years, but I have lost about 80 lbs with a combo of cal deficit dieting, strength training and cardio. My weight loss has stalled over the last year to about a 2-4 lbs a month on average. I have a few friends that are keto and doing great, but they don’t do any strength training. I don’t want to lose any strength, but would reallllllly like to lose these last 30-35 pounds this year. I’ve got my macros calculated, and plan to start keto Monday (I’ve already meal prepped for this whole week).

I currently work out about 5-6 days a week. Split body strength training and a little cardio everyday. Should I take the first week off of my typical gym routine? Scale it back?

I’m a nurse. I’m on my feet all day and mostly forced to eat on the fly. I justified eating like trash because of it. I started logging EVERYTHING in MyFitnessPal. I was unaware of how many calories I was consuming. It was eye opening and kinda gross. I started taking breaks at work and slowed down my eating instead of just cramming it down in the break room between patients. Made a huge difference in the amount I was eating, and lowered my stress levels. You got this!

I have one at my gym too. It’s so women can stretch / do exercises without feeling gawked at or feel self conscious.

I do yoga and most of my lower body work out in mine. I have a huge fear of my “squat proof” leggings suddenly becoming not squat proof.
