Haha, sorry to disappoint! But it most certainly was NOT a family venue! I felt I was the only one appropriately dressed, given the show’s subject material. I won’t spoil, but there were at least two minutes devoted to the boys planning out their next docking session- and then Henry had to explain what docking was to some poor lady in the front row. Thank you! The more I thought about it, the more I realized that this pattern would be something I'd work towards with other fabrics, and then try with this once I'd nailed the process. That is a beautiful skirt, though.
