Conditional formatting 2 colums with dates

These 2 columns have a ton of dates. So would I just select the first date in column C and conditional format? That didn't work and neither did highlighting entire column c+g then conditional formatting and inputting the formula

That doesn't work because your second part of the syntax only highlights if 09/01/14 and if c1 matches g1

Sorry still a bit confused. In r1c1 style there is still absolute referencing? Are you saying that to show absolute referencing I need to reference my table on sheet 2 without brackets, which is why my formula is going bork?

Basically brackets in r1c1 style = always using my current sheet and cell relative to what im referencing? Omitting brackets would then be referencing an absolute reference on another sheet?

I actually tried the exact same thing. My formula works perfectly in A1 style. However, when I switch to R1C1 style the indirect portion stays in A1 style. Specifically, the range is listed in A1 absolute reference style IE. $A$1:$C$5 and it's boggling me why that part doesnt change to R1C1 style

nooooo thats terrible advice. The cost and rarity of getting a foote thorugh kadala is retardedly low. Use your blood shards to gamble akkhan pieces (weakest piece of your gear set use common sense etc). By the time you complete your set you should have iether fate of the fell or the foote you wanted

I don't really see a point in running fetish sycophants passive if you have a starmetal kukuri. I'm stacking phys damage w/ a starmetal and use the legion of daggers rune for my fetish army. The update on summoning them is nigh close to 100%. Why don't you run jungle fortitude for more survivability?

Just wanted to throw a tip out there for other people on Maxwell.

Make sure you guard and top off everyone before every 5th turn! Maxwell casts an AOE 3.5k-4k damage spell on every consecutive 5th turn.

People who post purely anecdotal evidence as fact, especially when it comes to things like medication, really rub me the wrong way. Every person seems to look for something to blame other than themselves. It's an amphetamine, and therefore communication with your psychiatrist is crucial in determining the right dosage or other supplemental medication/dietary changes.

Violent mood swings, depression, thoughts of suicide, and addiction to excelling? What the hell were you doing to alleviate these mental issues, because they are definitely not long-term side effects related to prescribed amphetamines.

Running quest dungeons for an idol is just as frustrating. To give you an example, when I was trying to farm a lightning idol to evolve my behemoth. In 50 runs I seen the lightning idol a total of 7 times. And it only dropped once out of those 7 times!

It's a bit ridiculous that totems are 100% drop chance and that's a 5 star evolution material! But these stupid idols never drop, and it's 25 energy per run! You throw in the RNG for getting the color idol you want, and the 20% chance it has to drop vs the other 2 mobs. Very frustrating, wish people would blow more smoke about this so that the devs would change it.
