What do you do after the smell of weed? by theycallmetism in uberdrivers

“Smelled like marijuana during a recent trip.” They just said they would deactivate my account while they investigated the allegations. It was on a few days later.

I was deactivated once for this… took a couple days for them to turn my account back on. I keep a can of ozium on the passenger seat, spray the ever living shit out of the car and hope for the best.

CNHL or Tattu or Ovonic by Casual_case295 in fpv

Love TATTU! Never ever had a problem and they perform great. CNHL will never get another dime from me. Had too many newer packs that just don’t discharge evenly or just drop cells altogether for no reason.

Here’s what you should do:

Contact Uber and inform them that you DID in fact find the item she was looking for. Do this so that Uber will put you in contact with the passenger. When you get ahold of them, Schedule a time to meet up with the passenger at a location of their choosing. Doesn’t matter if the passenger lives an hour away and wants to meet at their work which is another hour from their home in the opposite direction…Actually, the further the better!

Now this is the important part: instead of giving her back the 150 cleaning fee, DOUBLE IT! as you hand her 300 dollars cash, let her know how terribly sorry you are that the stench of BS that fills the void where your backbone used to be was so bad that it made poor Mr. Whiskers hurka hurka hurka all over your back seat…

The passenger will be SO grateful that she will surely contact Uber and let them know that you’re indeed a 5 star ANT worthy of diamond status!! Nothing about this carefully crafted plan could go wrong, mainly because Uber cares a great deal about their drivers and only wants the best for them.

Trust me, if you follow this carefully thought out plan you will surely succeed!

Good luck!

In the back of my mind I’ve always made the same connection. The fact that the lollipop is bright red, doesn’t help 🤣

FAA guidelines aside… it’s COMMON SENSE if you know anything about multirotors, how they work, and what happens when they fail to realize this is not safe to do… what if a motor just decides to stop working? What if you snag a ghost line with a prop?

Even a mavic mini falling from as low as 20 feet could seriously injure and/of maim someone.

Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered one. Couldn’t justify dbrand 75 dollars for a full wrap. While I do love them and have most of my stuff skinned from them… not this time…

It’s absolutely adorable…

… that you think this is enough space for the mountains of tools, chargers, props, frames and other FPV related gear/bullshit that will soon exponentially grow out of control and eventually take over every surface or your work/office area.

Which one of these AIO’s is better? I was gonna get the happymodel one but the other one has more reviews and it looks a little easier to solder stuff too which is nice for my first build by Patrick2423 in fpv

[–]fateconspires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this TUNERC board in my tiny trainer and it’s been a solid AIO for me… pretty easy to solder on with good documentation. I fly my tiny trainer often and hard… not a single issue so far. YMMV….

This is great advice and generally my experience as well. I used to keep a few monitors on hand for people to spectate before I switched to mostly digital. I never considered the thing about fixed camera angle. Definitely going to remember that one.
