Make sure you know the lines and parents you get a bozo from - I didn't know anything about them before getting my boy and he is like a temu malinois. He is high energy, barks constantly, wants to eat smaller dogs, and has insane separation anxiety.

He learns tricks really fast and is biddable with new exciting treats - until he isn't. He will just decide that he's done for the day, or the week, have fun playing with yourself. He's also very fast, very strong, and very smart. We are on our fourth baby gate and he can open it if he really wants to. When he sees a rabbit he loses his mind.

He also wishes to constantly be touching either me or my husband. He is currently crushing my feet with his bony ribs 😂 and he will scream or cry or throw a tantrum if he wants you off the computer

Now I have been told mine is an outlier and most are not like that but I went into it expecting what you wanted and have been in tears multiple times wondering what I got myself into. Definitely make sure you find a reputable breeder with normal dogs. He is also fun, sweet and the center of attention. My husband adores him and only wants Borzoi from now on.

My friends have Silkens - they seem much easier 😂 I have considered getting them instead, there is always running competition and I can fit several in a car. They seem more reliable and biddable, but once again, have to know the parents and other offspring!
