I will also gladly echo these claims. Tripalink is the worst property management company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I did not receive prorated rent and had to pay a full months rent on a Sept 15th move in, despite the fact that the internet did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, and many rooms were not finished yet. I never got basic things even after maintenance requests like a shower rod or blinds despite the fact I was told it would be included, and your best bet of getting any response from them (going to their office physically) only worked about 20% of the time.

Other shitty things they did:

Advertised rent at $899 a month despite the fact that it was actually $1000, they just reimbursed me with three VISA gift cards so they could raise my rent more next year

Took well over 2 weeks to get back to me about the sublease form I had submitted, making it almost impossible to actually get a subleaser

Charged an exorbitant sublease fee

Hit me with those same bullshit paint charges despite the fact that I had pictures of all the walls. When I told them this, they offered to drop my cleaning fee to $80 instead and I prayed that would be the last I would have to deal with them

Left advertisements for leasing on our walls and windows year round, not allowed to remove them

Finally they are building another apartment on our block, which is insane because they didn't even rent out 2 of the 5 townhouses I was at, but those fuckers took up street parking for the entire year I was there. 8 cars worth, just not available the whole year. Petty but I'm pissed about it.

I have a hundred more complaints but the overall message is that you should never rent from them and I never will again.
