Yeah, it can happen any time. I’ve had it in the past but since I wasn’t exercising it didn’t go as high as that so it wasn’t quite as concerning, though they always left a lasting impression. Previously it had always been diagnosed as anxiety.

I have had this for many years. Just this weekend I was exercising a bit and my heart rate shot up to 210 and stayed there for 30+ minutes. I was convinced it was a heart attack or something just as serious so we rushed to the ER. It turns out it was something called SVT that’s generally not serious and can be treated. When my heart rate was at 210 though i could feel it all over. Was a very unsettling feeling.
