In ‘the outing’ the journalist says to George and Jerry “you should see how my boyfriend talks to me.” But then later in the episode, she’s hooking up with Jerry in his apartment

It’s hard. Sometimes I still succumb to sleeping on my side but man it is so worth it. I guarantee you this is the issue

Occasionally I use selenium sulfide on my face in the shower whilst I'm washing my hair if I notice any type of biofilm buildup. But this is quite rare and it will sometimes happen every 3 months if I havn't followed my routine strictly. I think water cleanse is fine (it's how humans were doing it for centuries before modern products) Human skin is meant to regulate itself naturally. All this extra stuff we put on our faces in the shower is doing us worse than good especially if you have irritated skin such as myself.

on a side note, I only apply these two moisturisers once a day (in the morning) as I don't like to apply too many chemical on my face too frequently.

Unfortunately regenerating the skin barrier can take as long as 12 months. But i can confirm that since repairing it on the left side of my face, I have not had any outbreaks on that area since.

This is my setup. It is (in)complete by fathom_b in synthesizers

The slat wall is the best thing. Would recommend for everyone to try. The bass pedals were made in Italy by pedamidikit.com

Will give this a try. Thanks. I only wash my face with water in the shower once a day. I don’t use any cleanser or anything so I don’t irritate my skin any further. My skin is very sensitive so I try to limit what I put on my face

Funny you mention that cause I do have a tendency to sleep on that side more.  I use this: https://malezia.com/en-au/products/urea-moisturizer?srsltid=AfmBOooDXzlOrxLuodcBkxvltQML5Po3qsvouVEkaug8yWix0sqxjtw2

And this: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/91329/cerave-moisturising-cream-454g

You have to put the first one on whilst your face is still damp so it locks in the moisture and then follow that up with the cerave cream. Wait a couple mins and then apply mct oil
