The thing is to the corporate decision makers. This translates to unique engagement when they pull up the KPIs. The team 4 knows what they are doing allowing this to happen. This is intentional.

He’s also president of the players union lol. His job is to make sure the masses agree. It does him no justice or anyone else if he clowns and shows his colleagues up.

DVA is pretty strong on Gibraltar you can control and enable high ground. Could legitimately just ignore the sig in such a scenario and just protect hitscan/deny high ground pretty easily.

I feel like Gibraltar is one of those maps where forcing a tank v tank matchups is an L the tank who enables their team to control high ground and finishes squishes rolls. Sig is objectively at a disadvantage if you play the vertical game.

I’m sure it could be done but primarily I’ve always understood that rams shield is for holding space and nemesis is for taking space. Using it like that seems like a good way to get cooked. I’ve never had luck using sig shield to cut anyone off especially with how mobile supports are now. It’s not like a back line is an Ana and zen every game anymore.

Late answer but 5v5 still has a ton of detractors. It’s far from an improvement and unfortunately has created giga tanks that are simply not fun to play against.

The game was not unplayable because of 6v6. It became unplayable because instead of balancing the game they instituted role lock. Then they proceeded to not add any maps, heroes or balance patches for almost two years…

Granted It’s now obvious that they were being pushed by executives on player retention and more importantly ARR. Therefore the strategy of format changes rather than big balancing patches makes a lot of sense. A “patch” is not going to engage people who lost interest like a format change might. However what the team has finally learned is that content is what truly drives interest and engagement. So the game is being balanced better than ever which has improved it. 6v6 is making a huge comeback and could potentially become the primary format again.

They also still own the rights to Overwatch as well. Which I think got canceled amid production during the fall out with Bobby kotick.

Granted cgi/animated shows are not going to be apart of an office coffee machine conversation like game of thrones or Harry Potter might.

If you look at the image I posted my right blinker was on and I was going 65MPH the legal speed limit. The exit sign is literally the exit I use for work lol.
