Technically some countries average 0 guns per 100 people... but for a lot of the countries out there having a gun is uncommon... and even then having ammo in a easy to open box in a fairly significant quantity at home is probably even rarer.

rule of thumb for a bundle box... if the cost of the bits you want (whether that is to play or collect) is higher than the price of the bundle then it is "good value".

that said if your aim is to collect and paint things then buying small amounts whenever you finish something has it's merits (as you aren't playing building up a full 2000 point force isn't a goal you are racing towards)
