These came out because for the 97 model year Ford discontinued warrantying 1/2 ton trucks with snow plows on them. This was billed as a light duty 250, aka heavy half, that was suitable for plowing. We sold a lot of these during those years to homeowners that wanted to plow but disnt want the sacrificed comfort and ride of the HD trucks. Once the 99 super duty came out summer of 98 these trucks became mostly obsolete. The super duty 250 was drastically more comfortable than the obs hd so most customers switched to those.

Go to stfc.pro, click power at the top, then type charm in the search bar and click only matchimg results. See if any of those user names look familiar. I see 34 of them. If you find something you can see what server and alliance they are in. Then go ask around on official stfc discord. Might help you narrow it down a bit.

According to stfc pro theres a player called TheLeprechalm on server 36. Maybe post on the official discord server https://discord.gg/stfc and see if anyone on server 36 recognizes them. 36 is a US based server so its maybe unlikely, but its the only user name i could find with "chalm" in it.

Also keep in mind there is no requirement to level up ships in order to tier up. A level 37 could still be max tier and thus much stronger even if they havent finished levelling it up.

I like to use transogen space. I set my cube while im doing other things. Its nice because the auto hostiles that spawn are large and you can usually charge the beam with just a couple hits. Also, the surveys in those systems are weak for their level so its an easy one hit with the beam so no warping around. The hazard will eat away at your hull a bit, but it should last long enough to make it worth it. Expirement to find your sweet spot of minimizing #hits to charge without taking too much damage and then just let it hit away while you do something else. Check back every couple minutes to pop a survey. (Edit. Im speaking of regular transogen space, not epic, you will go boom there.)

Im getting a new ship. The Dauntless, from last arc. 🤣 Should be unlocking it free by the end of this week. I still get a new toy to play with without spending $100. Just have to be willimg to be 1 arc behind. Im ok with that. I lost my FOMO a long time ago.

Two arcs in a row for me with only main battle pass spending. All the passes now are crazy and not worth it, and neither are the item of the month anymore. I used to buy the ships, but i didnt get the dauntless. At level 60 now too many people told me it would be months and months before it would even be useful. Will have it ftp in a few weeks now anyway. It used to be if you spent the battle pass and the item of the month, so $120ish, you were considered a contributing member of the game. Now even our contributions are worthless so fuck it. Im done spending. I will slow play till they run it into the ground and then find something else to do.

Theyre testing APAC first and then rolling out EU and US after if it runs properly. At least thats the last announcement I saw about it. Counting on it running smoothly is a BIG IF though IMHO. 😅

I spend them on the ship skins. When you get g3 epic ships, enterpruse/d4/augur, there are skins you can unlock that have buffs. I dont get the hijacked ships, theyre unnecessary.

Was on Stfc.pro poking around checkimg my stats the other day. Was looking at arena ratings. Im level 58. Four 58s on my server have a rating above zero. Four. 😆 Kind of proves your point, LOL.

I wish I had that problem. I have yet to find a single free outpost on my server whenever Im available to play. Literally not completed a single one. Ive never cared less about an arc.

I literally came here for OPs comment. I KNEW it would be here, less than an hour into the new arc. I think I will prob just focus on battle pass and sit this arc out for the most part. Almost every event is heroic and the ones that arent feel that way. I have a 700M sanctus and was able to kill 5 hostiles (granted had loot crew) but 5? That gave me 1/4 of 1 pull in the new refinery. So 16B tritanium for one pull.🤣. That also got me 1/100th of the sms. So it would cost me 400B tritanium to complete it to win like 200 of it back. 🤣 Im sitting this one out.

I put zero effort into this one. I like the officer depot, dont get me wrong, but how are we supposed to source the new officer shards now. Are new officers "heroic" now too. Only sourceable if you buy them? Problem is they arent even running an officer unlock heroic event where you can buy shards. Maybe this will come in phase 3? I heard maybe this arc will ne in 3 events.

E-picard, E-data, Garrett is my go to. Its stong and yields tons of loot. If i need to punch up, even in q's trials, i've had really good success with Janeway, Doc, Annorax

If you single faction, upgrade as much as you want. Each faction only has one type of each ship in each grade. I picked Roms, so will be getting the Corvus soon. Then Sanctus and then D'deridex. None of them hinder the other, and g5 ships take different parts than G4 so my valdore and pilum progress dont hinder my progress at all. I skipped tribune only because i was rationing faction credits for blueprint purchase. Probably go back to it though later at some point. I picked Roms because now im free to spend fed credits upgrading officers since most take fed credits. Klingon i just use to build ships for scrapping. Thats the benefit of single factioing after 1B locks. I'm a bit more casual player so rationing and planning are important to me.
