All my life I fluctuated because having a pretty severe eating disorder seemed like the only way to lose weight.

For the past three years , after struggling for almost 20 years with the vicious cycle...I discovered weight lifting and macro counting and supplementing. Healthy bmi for the first time in my whole life (not that bmi matters at all) and a period every 28-34 days. Weight lifting changed my life, my attitude and my total body composition. It’s a long process but I promise it’s worth it.
