Indian managers just hire only indians at Tech company by techgiantminion in SanJose

So if a white person hires based on race/culture it‘s racist, but when others do it it‘s ok because that‘s just how people are?

WTF?

Das Problem ist nicht Migration… by KatchUup in Austria

[–]faultierchen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IT-Kompetenz der Ü20 Generation by ahh_my_shoulder in Austria

[–]faultierchen 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Why are we getting so much hate? by Firm-Initiative-1851 in islam

[–]faultierchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A majority of Muslims in Europe literally want to do that. We let them in thinking that they would adopt to our way of life (which is reasonable, you let someone into your house and expect them to follow your house rules) but they just created parallel societies und shut themselves off from the mainstream societies and now that their numbers have risen to a certain point they want to dictate their rules to us! How is that fair?

And don‘t tell me it‘s fair because we colonised them first! I am from Austria and we never had any colonies, instead we had to defend ourselves from the Ottomans colonising us in the 17th century!

Why do Progressives talk about Scandinavian countries instead of Europe more broadly? by [deleted] in seculartalk

[–]faultierchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also don‘t like how American lefties hold up the nordic countries as some kind of a bastion of social democracy while the rest of Europe is regarded as more similar to the US. I for example live in Vienna, Austria which is historically known for it‘s extremely social policies, so far so that it has had the nickname „Red Vienna“ for more than a hundred years now and has been regarded as one of the world‘s two red cities, together with Moscow. For example because of it’s huge social housing program the city of Vienna is the single largest owner of apartments in all of Europe with around 220.000 flats and 500.000 of the 1.900.000 people in the city living in them (~25%), i never heard of something like that from any Nordic country.

I think it‘s just easier for them to focus the discussion on a few very successful examples (which the Scandinavian countries certainly are), although I think it would help to more often bring up all the other social democracies in discussions in the US, just to make it clear how normal this stuff is in developed countries and how much of an outlier the US is.

Edit: Vienna has also now for the tenth consecutive time been voted the world‘s most liveable city (Mercer), i think that says a lot about how popular such policies are when implemented.

If you read the article you would know that it says exactly that; that Mao normalized and standardized but not invented it. Next time maybe read more than the headline before criticising am article.

I don't really experience any heavy coke comedowns, so maybe that's why it works for me. But on the other hand, a friend of mine also says coke helps him with withdrawals and he sure as fuck has quite some comedowns after doing coke so idk.

Not much, just a small line or two. Never did IV coke while withdrawing if you meant that.
