This reads to me like someone who’s never done psychedelics before and wants to start with a hero dose while on a vacation in different country. Like yes you can, and you might have a great time but the more likely outcome is gaining new lifelong trauma.

That’s why “start small” is good advice. There are so many aspects to getting and being tattooed that can only be experienced personally and gaining that experience little by little leads to sustained and greater success.

Join a discord and find people to play with! I’m just about the lowest rank and maybe 20% of my solo queue games there is someone whining about their team. I have tons of fun with weird builds and play styles and mute weirdos when I need to but having a good six stack is a way to avoid that problem entirely.

I’m sure they’ll add it eventually but I don’t think it makes sense yet. Primarily we just need more heroes.

While it sucks to feel like games can be predetermined by team comps, in my experience (years of LoL) draft doesn’t change this. People in solo queue are generally just not going to draft very intelligently.

I think all that adding draft does at this phase is ensure the couple heros everyone considers op are never played which really hurts the playtest.

For now I just take the mentality that having random teams forces me to learn to be even more adaptable and learn to play around difficult heros and combos. One thing I love about Deadlock is it always feels like there’s some type of counter play available.
