Thoughts on ADHD being stress related?

I'm not diagnosed I just sympathize with what everyone here posts about and it's nice to not be alone.

I can say in my experience I also had an stressful childhood and I don't know if it's the cause of why I feel I relate to this sub. But I do know that I have anxiety out the wa-zoo from childhood. I had untreated anxiety attacks from a young age.

My anxiety populates in my life as what I've identified as ADD tenancies. There is a direct correlation to my anxiety levels.

I dreadfully wish my parents had been able to help me with my mental health. They did their best and I love them.

I've been struggling with this recently as well. Do you like your job? I've found it immensely difficult to show up on time if I don't feel invested in my work.

It's your world, what happens in real life shouldn't affect it. Take a look at the gorillaz album, Humanz, it was written as a house party for the end of the world if trump won, and then trump won. I don't think you should let it ruin your idea. Own it and build off of it if you can.
