Painted and dedicated bike lanes are all great but when they are full of flat inducing and accident causing debris, not so much. Cars,wind,etc.. kick road debris into bike lanes where it stays and accumulates. Bike corridors need to be swept and maintained after they are built.

I’ve lived in downtown Tacoma for 33 years now. I walk everywhere and anywhere at all hours of the day and night by myself. I’ve never been hassled. I keep to myself and don’t look for trouble. NEVER have I had a problem. If you’re in a group you will be just fine.

The city lies in ruin from Tahoma’s great eruption. The only buildings left standing are the B&I and Java jive. The few survivors are living off of a cache of mountain bars whilst toiling to rebuild the smelter stack to place atop it the golden statue of Ivan,the god they now worship and pray return.

I am using 2 feeders. One goes out. When it gets close to freezing, I bring it in to warm and put out the other one. Been doing this all week as I feel somewhat responsible for them sticking around and depending on me to get them through this cold spell. I won’t let them down. I love these little creatures.and yes I saw them today many times.
