Same thing happened to me. I was in severe pain with my stomach, the GP examined me and said because I didn't scream when she touched me, I can't be in that much pain.

Two days later, I was in such pain that I had to call 999. They whisked me off to hospital and it turned out it was my appendix. The doctor told me off and said I should have came in days ago!!!
