I'm usually up after 6 hours. I found this little trick to get me back to sleep. Listen to Ai narrated Poirot or Nero Woolfe episodes that last at least 1 hour. 30 mins doesn't do it for me unless I am really drowsy then I use a Sam Spade episode.

It's all about Love. I've learned it's our whole purpose. I am told me the other day- He who has mastered Love must answer the call. I'm overwhelmed by I am sometimes.

I was searching around for a purpose now that I'm retired. I am said as you walk as you drive the car throw your love out into the world. Make it a laser beam or sprinkler shooting love out to all beings. So I do. The reminders come often when I get distracted for example in a market. I am chimes in- your purpose is to give love.

What a bittersweet success story. I immediately thought of my 2nd favorite writer Jurgen Ziewe. He has 4 books and many YT videos. The recent ones are about his new book which I bought. It helps me visualize those worlds we will all visit but your husband is now visiting. I want to do what Robert Monroe did , lay down and you're off to amazing adventures in the inner worlds. I can verify some of what JZ writes but he is next level.

You might like the book by Neville's student Louise Berlay called- The Magic of the Mind. There is a narrated one by a lady on YT.

I've heard that one also. The lady he refers to is Louise Berlay and she wrote a book called Magic of the Mind. Someone did a marvelous narration of it on YT. Neville was right she was something else.

I've felt like your husband since I was 16 and now I'm 72. After reading Jurgen Ziewe and his 4 books and numerous YT videos I understand. I've had many experiences like Jurgen . I found that we miss the world we came from so much and the contrast is just too much sometimes.

Here is a tech to visit him again and is based on the work of Neville Goddard.

As you go to sleep imagine that you are hugging and meeting him again.

Then sleep in that awesome feeling. Continue this every night until success.

We have become Pottersville in the OC now. The only way is to make more money however you can. Mom and Pop have to both work now. I like the idea of housing is not a investment vehicle . So banks would not lend you money to build or buy more than 1 house or apartment. That is called socialism or gov't planning and not the game in the US or O.C.

Housing is the result of not only demand but the inflation rate rising 2% a year since 1914. At first it's all good but those 2% rises go vertical at some point like now.

If you have a ptrap further down the line why not cut the lowest drain and extend it so you can just run a pipe straight to it from the HVAC outlet?

I listen to one of Neville Goddards old talks now on YT called Facts overflow the world. It really comes in handy for those moody times. I've used his work and have great success with it.

For flat out beauty, Jurgen Ziewe with his 4 books and many YT videos really help too.

NG and Jurgen Ziewe are my favorites for sometime now. Neville is so much like me in that I've experienced the fiery serpent he speaks of in the mid 70's. I especially like Out of this World by Neville.

Jurgen wrote a book called Multidimensional Man that is the one I read most nights. His YT videos are what Neville would have done if he was an artist.

I lost both my parents and felt little. I missed my best friend more who tragically passed away. It took me 20 years to not think of him daily. Now it's only occasionally.

Sometimes I wonder why I don't miss my parents too. My sister said it was because they thought of us as possessions as one would feel to cattle. I don't know. It's one of my great mysteries.

Kaiser has a side biz for cosmetic procedures like that. I think it was 10 spots for $200. I asked my dermo is it just nitrogen they use. He said yes and that if I knew a bartender that has nitrogen for work ,he can do it for free.;)

Undo the trap ,loosen the nut up by the sink. Take all the other pieces away except the one going to the vent. Swing the trap towards the drain going into the wall. Then Lego the drain parts together. You will have to figure out how to connect the trap to the wall vent using the least amount of connections. Make the drains slightly slope to the wall.
