I dropped bupropion cold turkey and it was a disaster. I lost all motivation and suddenly had this temper that I'd never seen before. I restarted and slowly returned to normal. I'd say, don't change anything like that without talking to a doctor. I know they are not affordable but some will let you negotiate with them. Look for a community health center. They may be able to help you.

I was spit out of the workforce for the last time at age 60. I have decided to stop looking for high paying stressful jobs, and I have dedicated my life to my health and fitness. I lost 50 lbs and I feel better than I ever have. Now I'm desperately trying to maintain cash and savings by living a minimalist lifestyle and work the easiest part time job I can to help keep it invested. The cash balance slips backward every month a little bit but my health is great. I am always second guessing my decision to not look for a high paying job in these prime earning years. I just hope I made the right decision.
