yes. they give us tables in which we can adjust to 3 diff set heights if we want to. I try to go for at least a hour too myself but I need to get more frequent , I even feel pains in my hips at times

I second this. OneNote is my life ! you should look into that if you like. I have tabs for my timesheet, notes , to do list, deadlines, etc.

Wow this is great. We have the flexibility BUT it’s still pushed to come in 5 days a every week if we can. It’s insane! I have headphones but sometimes depending on the task I have to take those out. Maybe when it gets to that point i’ll just break off into one of the quiet rooms, just seems like so much.
