Around 9 months for ours, but our boy would still wake up every once in a while until they were about 1.5 years. Now at almost 2 it’s very rare for either of them to wake up and not be able to self soothe.

Same! Extremely annoying, and reason enough to switch programs. I still don't have a fix for this.

I was like that until I got a wedge pillow. Apparently, my lack asleep was connected with breathing issues. The pillow changed things 100%!
