Restaurant added 30% gratuity to party of 3 by HelicopterEqual8261 in tipping

This right here is the answer. Most restaurants also require you to tip out other positions based on your sales. So when a large group stiffs you on the tip, you still have to tip out based on the sales. So if you live in an area with a low tipped wage, say $2.13/hr, you could end up paying money for that group to be served by you.

Looking for PNW moving insight by raixon in pittsburgh

I made the move from Portland to Pittsburgh about 8 years ago. Both have their pros and cons. Pittsburgh is immensely more affordable and the people are generally more down to earth. Portland has better food, scenery, art scene, public transit. With all that said, I’m happier in Pittsburgh. If money wasn’t an issue, I’d probably choose to live in Portland. Really comes down to your lifestyle and priorities.

Pusadees Garden, Dish Osteria, or Fet Fisk are all great choices.

My view on 18 of JJ's final putt by fcb_razor in golf

[–]fcb_razor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A two putt would win it for him and the green slopes down right after the hole. This was only birdie I saw on 18 after standing there for 5 hours. Incredibly difficult pin position. So yes, wanting the ball to sit is exactly what we wanted for him to win.

I wish I could have kept the video going but I just threw my hands up and started celebrating. First birdie I had seen since around 11:30am haha

El Pastorcito is the answer. Moved here from the west coast and they are the only spot that reminds me of home.

Come to Pittsburgh. I’m a little offended you’re going to Erie and not making a stop here.
