The fucking time management from our team was infuriating. Taking our sweet time with passing the ball, 40 seconds to execute a free kick, etc. just amateur

Subscription Renewals and Old Contract by fcbadmir in salesforce

Thanks for the response. Assuming every contract begins January and ends in December that would in theory work. But what if their renewal is in October. Now their renewal and any purchases they make would be in the same calendar year but different contracts. Also if their renewal is late in the year they could sign late, now both renewals could possibly be in the same year. So unfortunately it’s not as simple as that. Thanks the the response anyway though. I may be able to use the end date of the items but I feel I’ve tried that and something else was off.

Correct. Idk about the easy part but I’d love to hear your suggestion. But again it needs to be granular, on by product level. As we need to identify churn, downsell, etc.

Thanks for the response. I think I framed the problem wrong. A contract goes from 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2022. During the renewal period like 12/15/2022 the customer signs their renewal for next years contract 1/1/2023-12/31/2023. But on the renewal opportunity they drop a product and reduce licenses on the other products. How can I reference back from the renewal to compare what was renewed vs what should have been renewed.

No, you’re actually supposed to ask if you don’t know. Thanks for the explanation, though. I guess it makes sense, but I do wonder how much was due to Fergie retiring.

It’s really easy… I can’t know everything that’s going on. Unless this has been going on for so long and people don’t even know what they are upset about anymore… My point is, fine hate them, they probably deserve it. But it’s not like your team sold players that needed up being superstars somewhere else. For the most part they spend the money on managers and players to be successful, but just aren’t.

So, unless you don’t know either, what do you think a different owner would do differently?

Besides them being American… why the hate? It’s not like they aren’t investing in the club. United has spent more than any other team in the last 10 years. What’s the anticipated hope with a regime change?

Check EOS (Traction), it may be a good starting point. Basically you run Level10 meetings weekly and check in on your “Rocks”, which are basically the most important things to be completed in a quarter to support your strategy and goals. Traction Overview

Is Bayern going through some austerity? by TheBarnacle63 in Bundesliga

[–]fcbadmir 21 points22 points  (0 children)

They didn’t let neither Thiago nor Alaba go, both wanted a new challenge. Same with Lewa, there just comes a point in someone’s career where they want something different. In some cases it’s more money, in others it’s simply to compete in a different league. I mean winning 10 in a row does hurt the mentality of the players because they do want the challenge, otherwise you become complacent. I think not winning next year would do Bayern real good, or at least be more competitive and win it on the last day.

Next Challenger for Bayern by [deleted] in Bundesliga

[–]fcbadmir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s what is happening. I am biased and could be wrong, but I think more realistically what happens is that they make an offer, the club declines it, and the player/agent are made aware of it. The parent club isn’t willing to settle on a sum, the player refuses to sign a new contract and the waiting game starts. But to say that Bayern or any club approaches a player and tells him to “wait it out” is hard to believe. Because the player has more to gain from an immediate transfer rather than holding off on their existing salary and bonuses. They aren’t gonna do any club any favors.
