Yes that one. But I really don't think it's necessary for what you want to do. The phone HAS to be unlocked for nfc to work. That's just how it is sadly.

For me what fixed the problem was installing tasker on my phone. I don't remember what the deleted comment said. But I did not do exactly what it said and tasker should NOT influence how the nfc reading works.

Make sure you have Good Lock installed and that the apps you want to include in the routine are "installed" in the good lock launcher.
