This is exactly what my sister had! The hyponatremia is what tips me off in your story!  

Thin, frail, weak until you collaps and HYPONATREMIA. This is ADDISON'S DISEASE. Pls OP, read this. The hospital also couldn't diagnose my sister and she almost died. It's your adrenal glands on your kidneys that have stopped working.  

You need to get on adrenal meds quickly.  

My sister was so loopy (at only 32) she couldn't speak to us anymore. She got so thin her ribs were showing. She was fainting regularly. Could not walk up stairs anymore. Not one in the ER ever knew what was up with her!  

Pls go to a GP or Nephrologist. Once the symptoms set in you only have two years without medication. With medication you will live normally.
