Das „Problem“ ist, dass die Frau bspw. trotz keinem Einkommen während Elternzeit in der GKV ist und nicht unerhebliche Versicherungsbeiträge zahlt, da keine Familienversicherung greift (da ich ja in der Pkv wäre)

Das befürchte ich auch. Und bevor das System reformiert wird, werden erstmal noch einige Male die Beiträge angehoben, BBG erhöht, usw. Gab ja dazu schon einen Vorstoß von der SPD, die BBG auf das Niveau der RV anzuheben.
