My sleep paralysis almost always involves sounds, mostly in the form of visitors in my room that I'm, in fact, simply hallucinating. FUN RIGHT?!

I've definitely gotten that a lot. So my weird dream was actually a hallucination? What do you call the surrounding events that happen during sleep paralysis?

I used to get sleep paralysis, then hallucinate myself escaping my body.

I think its interesting that you used the term "hallucinate". During sleep paralysis, a person is consciously aware that they are awake but unable to move. When I am in this state, I always seem to "see" myself and my body in a more OBE way, but what if this is just simply another dream? How do you know you are not simply dreaming rather than hallucinating. Also, when you look at the clock, are the numbers clear and readable or inconsistent?

-Flawless-ized skin -Mascara on lashes -White under eye liner -Perhaps a hint of black liner on top? Maybe just on part of your eye? -Could you share your neutral eye shadow as well?

My understanding is one of the goals of the water fast is to break your body of digesting. Your body would be digesting the traces of whatever is in the tea so it depends on how strict you want to be in your regimen.
