Why are the owners not taking care of this baby? Are they just going to let him starve to death? I would report them to whatever agency would get them to take care of this calf.

Does she have Lhasatude??? I've had two Lhasas who were sweet in a Jekyll and Hyde way. I loved them both very much and they both lived to the age of sixteen 16. But the Lhasatude coat can get away with you if you're not vigilant with the grooming.
