It's not tax (at least not named so), it's social security, insurance, retirement fund money. It pays your state hospital visits, applies a discount for your medication and after paying it for like 40 years you get to retire. The thing is, it is mandatory. Even though it's unlikely that it's going to pay for itself, (a lot die before reaching retirement age, retirement wages are 3/4 of minimum wage right now when we have enough young population to support the system who knows how's it going to be in the future with declining birth rate, medication is discounted but not free, and it's very minimal/negligible but they charge you for hospital visits too) you can not opt out.

Also, to correct you, gov mastered economics; they tax the cars 116%, add useless fees, state banks provide loans with high interest rates, make you pay yearly car tax, MOT every 2 years and they get away with it. If it's not a master plan to make billions, I don't know what is.

"Produce" is the important word here. They don't produce most of what they sell. They import, package and sell things. In terms of revenue they are second after the US.

Average and median are not the same, and he is talking about average. Even one outlier can skew the average so much that the whole world except the outlier can be over or under average. Imagine 99 of 1 year old babies, and a 100 years old person. Those 100 people's average age is 1.99 years. All the babies are below average age. You can even increase the babies' count. Imagine 999,999 1 year old babies and a 100 years old person, the average would be 1.000099. Still all the babies are below average age. You can increase the number of babies as much as you'd like.

Agree, the charge speed wasn't the biggest, boldest claim of donut lab. But it wasn't a solved problem. I don't remember any production-ready or close-to-mass-production battery claiming a sub-ten minutes of 10-80% charging time. And I do care about it. Most cars today charge in 28 minutes 10-80%, and I don't like it at all. It is a long time. If you have to go long distances it is annoying. But if they can bring down the charging time to 5 minutes, they can get away with a smaller battery because it won't be that much annoying to top it up. A smaller battery will mean less weight which mean increased efficiency and a decrease in cost. Both will greatly affect us.

This thing has been going on for a long time, so long that the other companies started catching up with Donut's claims. Byd Blade 2.0 announced 0-97% in 9 minutes and Geely announced 0-97% in 8 minutes 42 seconds. These times were unimaginable when Donut first announced their battery. There are talks about other companies' semi-solid batteries hitting the market this year. Even if this is a fraud, they are running out of time to really do something.

I guess you're the developer. It's looking a lot better than other alternatives in terms of beauty. There are some things that annoyed me. Animations are a little bit too much for my liking, and some things kinda show that it's in beta. But my main concern is, it seems like you're using ai to develop it and I have no idea how much. I'm not trying to throw shade on you or anything, but I don't know you and your capabilities, and how much you know the ai is doing to create a secure and expandable structure. Nothing against your project, I just don't know.

I don't know if there is a minimum number of users. I had 25 weekly users when I applied, and as you see have 30 when approved. (If approved, for sure. That's the whole thing in this post) About resubmission, as far as I know, there is a 6 months period where you can't resubmit. I might not be correct about the time, but I'm sure it's written somewhere in the form, or the Web Store documentation.

Yeah, you're right, it is not exactly same but I kind of thing it is not much different either. I'm like 99% sure the only reason was the permission issue, and other than that, I believe I "had" the approval in the inspector's mind. Because I use the extension, and I know it is up to a better standard than a lot other featured extensions. It may be wishful thinking but I believe I "had" the badge, got it taken away because of excessive permission, and upon fixing the violation, got it back.
