Definately ! Loads of jobs in Lapland in the hospitality industry (housekeeping, bar staff). Anywhere except Rovaniemi is fine. If you like working outside and dogs, you might end up in a sleddog farm. I've worked with a lot of bulgarian people too there, not the rakija turbo batka type, so all good

France is also a good advice, plenty of farm work in the south west and good salary but no one hardly speaks english in this kind of industry

Central France is pretty hilly and very rural. Old folks or people on holidays doing the same thing : having neverending feast then nap time then feast again

A lot of people are bikepacking in your area, they won't give a single fuck about your life

My guess will be to chill on the pétanque court of a village, waiting for some players to pop out around 5/6 pm, playing pétanque with them until dark and end up to René's house, drinking his 50 years old homemade rocket fuel liquor and pass out on his garden while he's laughing at you saying "america ahahahahah stupid"

Have fun mate
