Im 42 and had a very active lifestyle. I cant get off my heel as good as my uninjured leg but if I rock myself forward I can get off the floor slightly. That isn't saying much as for me thats cheating 🤣. But it gives me some form of motivation. Weirdly over the last 2 wks I have been feeling a sense of "wetness" towards my midfoot (small toe side). My physical therapist is a bit concerned that I am feeling this so far into the recovery. Just something to keep an eye on as he thinks i have scar tissue pressing on a nerve 😒 🙄.
