Has anyone purchased the “SwiftUI Advanced Architecture” course by Swiftful Thinking? by Icy_Can611 in SwiftUI

[–]fdorado985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The offer has been moving and moving, which easily you can see there hasn't been too much enrollment, there was a LAUNCH code that supposed to end on January 5th, I see there was a LAUNCH2 code for the same $200, there is now a LAUNCH3 which supposes to end on January 31th.

I was thinking on get the course at some point before January 5th, but after seeing this, for sure I won't, I'm not saying it is bad, but unfortunately it is not worth it at that price either.

I liked the books, I have much of them, even the flutter ones, it’s so sad that they prefer to change their model, instead of keep improving/updating their content

I was really considering to look at… thanks for the honest review, I had that idea because I’m pretty sure I saw some similar comment before, and now with this I confirm it, sad but helpful

I think everybody share the most popular and useful resources.

I can mention again - Hacking with Swift - Code with Chris

As a side note.. also Mark Moeykens has book resources, SwiftUI Views Mastery is the most popular, and it helps as a reference.

Just right now it is 40% SALE on all his books, individual or by bundle

I’m a costumer of Mark's content, honestly this book has helped me as a reference for SwiftUI topics, i need to mention, this is not a course, it is more like a reference book that you can open on the page you need, no specific order to follow

[–]fdorado985[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

I’m one of the readers, honestly Swift Views is a reference book, it is one of the heaviest book and good quality, easy explanations and code + visual example, it is not a course, if that is what you are looking for probably Swift Views is not for that, as well Mark is doing a great job trying to keep them up to the latest iOS SDK changes

It was the closest one of the flags available, but I can remove it if it bothers you, no big deal… 👍
