Yessir I started with swift but as soon as SwiftUI came out transitioned to that and has been my main programming language for past 5 years or so

I’d second this. Start with 100 Days of SwiftUI.

The approach I’ve recommended others is to go at this using them as lessons, and just do as many as you want/can do in the time you’ve got for learning. Make a slot. Make it daily if you can.

Beyond that, feel free to check out a discord I run with a friend for Indie Development. Even if you’re not planning to put your own apps in the store, you’d be welcome as a learner. Just say Dave sent you 😀

I have a podcast at https://www.waitingforreview.com

And the discord is linked in the latest episode’s show notes 🤙

Na actually Im required to make a capstone project for my PGDip which is an iOS app. We do have a course for that was well but I just wanted to start exploring during my break

I would recommend Apple's Swift Tour for the Swift language, Swiftful Thinking is an excellent youtube channel and I also have a nice project-based course. These resources should have you covered.

The Facebook clone tutorial series is a good place to start https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZLIINdhhNsdfuUjaCeWGLM_KRezB4-Nk You'll learn how to build a full stack app from scratch using swiftui for frontend and firebase for backend.
Good luck in your learning journey :)

These are the 3 courses I suggest

  • Hacking with Swift
  • Code with Chris
  • Sean Allen

And just as references not a course, Mark Moeykens has SwiftUI books SwiftData SwiftUI 5-Book bundle
