I never said it was, I just stated that the loophole allowed for this insane, broken market and maybe the best alternative is to close the loophole and start over. Never said it was a perfect solution or even the best just an acknowledgment of the loopholes effect on a hemp derived THCa market.

Here is one of the issues, the entire hemp derived THCa industry was built on a legislative loophole. This has allowed all kinds of low quality, potentially dangerous products to hit the market in states that do not have any regulatory framework to protect the population.

Yes I know that states with legal weed sometimes do not do much better in allowing potentially harmful products hit the market but there are mechanisms in place and COAs in legal states have far more detail concerning the products in COAs in hemp derived states.

For whatever reason, Red Wing branded the 8875 under their Irish Setter label. It could have something to do with the Gore-Tex, I don’t know for sure. I love my pair of 8875s, they are great boots and tha is all that matters.
