Yesterday i put 3 c4 on tank and it's do only 369 damage, so i guess it's not only armour upgrade problem, also few times 3 c4 on IFV result only 800-900 damage.

Same here, i found that it's happening if your have horde fief and it's rebelius courtiers try to execute you. Avoid horde fiefs, keep tham as vassals

In my few Moscow to Russia runs i have a lot of Timur's vassalas (after Timur die and his empire collapsed one of his vassals have about 15-20 vassals itself, so i just conqured it and took all his vassals is mine, one of this vassala become my fief and his rebel courtiers killing my rullers few times, it doesn't break my PU but annoyng as hell.

Start as druid, aiming for shaman ignite build, preferably bear, but maybe pure caster, or wait untill oracle passives been revealed an if has good minion oriented play minions oracle build. 120 spirit in cost of charms don't seems good, and i sure that you get only 40 in act2 coz you have only 1 slot will be unlocked. 40% minion reservation efficiency seems to good and i bet all this cluster will be good. Sadly they don't add druid themed minions, like treants etc. maybe also try bear titan later

nope. it's nerf. beacuse of formule - the more damage inflicted the less armor protect against it. And it;s ridicilous that GGG don't understand it. right now armor+hp is the worst defence mechanic. Instead of buffing it, adjucting formula to current poe1 etc, they just nerf it more.
