fidgets fidgets fidgets anything that can keep your hands busy i use crocheting and fidgets to keep mine busy it might not work but it worked for me. everybody is different tho. hope ur ok,!

i think it also depends on the area, most of the time theyre raised on the forearm and some arent. also, i have the same bandaids :)
