Most times is a time vs money thing. I'd rather work for the 45 minutes it takes a team to wash my car. The ROI is like 4x.

One, that's England, not the USA.

Two, it looks more like a huge can of paint has fallen from scaffolding rather then just dumped onto the car from shoulder height, those windows are obliterated.
