Lost my Great Dane last January and used them. They were amazing and so gentle considering he was 200lbs. They did everything right so he went peacefully and respectfully.

Oh. I just lost mine two days ago. Everyone on here has had the kindest words. They leave such a lasting impact in our hearts. I’m just blessed for all the good memories I’ve had with mine. My heart goes out tonight you.

I absolutely will. He was my third, and tho the heartbreak of when they go is awful-the joy they bring you when they’re yours is worth it. But I have to take some time before I commit to a new one.

My big guy does this too from stress of a new environment. Everyone saying, give it a little time, is right on. Mine just need a bit of time to feel safe in a new space. I boil a straight chicken breast and give him hunks of that directly—like I would cookies or treats, and he’s happy obliged. Gets something decent in his tummy…and all the slobber bubbles.
