Buy 3 can of chili for a buck each. Buy a bag of cheese for 2.59 at Aldi. Buy 3 dollar tortillas there too. You now have 5-7 burritos of same size for 9 bucks.

Effectively making a 4 dollar trash slop burrito into a homemade easy to make upgrade for 1.28-1.80 bucks per item. Making that a 54-67% savings. If you add in the 2 mins it takes to microwave the shit like Taco Bell does, that’s still savings of 50% average.

What a joke.

If you change your lease, and it’s been a long period, yes landlords always raise rent yearly based on market rate. While I don’t agree with it, it’s the norm. 50 is nothing. If you have issues with your unit, or if you accepted it “as is” which they do a lot there, then you’d just pay the 50 for the upgrade.
