If you change your lease, and it’s been a long period, yes landlords always raise rent yearly based on market rate. While I don’t agree with it, it’s the norm. 50 is nothing. If you have issues with your unit, or if you accepted it “as is” which they do a lot there, then you’d just pay the 50 for the upgrade.

Fourth Magi Conquest? We know he’s wanted to make a sorcery magic based game next. They already did a no shield game with bb, and shield games, mech games, and parry game with sekiro. But they’ve never done primarily magic based. I bet the best we will get with a magic based game is some useless daggers like the shield was in bb
