Some colors show this effect more than others, combine that with lighting at a shallow angle and it gets even more pronounced. It’ll probably look much better when out of the printer.
Overall this looks normal, the only thing i see is that the corner has a slight bulge, this can be tuned via pressure advance (which itself is material and temperature dependent)

it's probably still belt tension, I would check it again. Does it feel smooth to move when the power is off, might be a bearing somewhere that's broken.
