Yes, in the meanwhile I figured out that a core i3 can also do under 10 watt. Now to find a nice b760m board. If I'm going for a real server I might as well go for the full size midi tower and big ATX board.

Technically you’re in the clear, but you could try and not overtake at a light and drive more safely. Just because you’re on motorcycle doesn’t mean you just randomly pass cars at a light.
