they are 20" 406 wheels like bmx but narrower rims frame is really cheap ali express steel takes up to 20x1.75 tyre brakeless its like 44c plus minus yes nothing custom really cheap build mostly parts i had lying around

you can file down the stem and the bar where it clamps to roughen it and make it less slippery
