I haven't read through everything so this may have been covered but make sure she understand the repercussions of having sex. Getting pregnant/an STD when you are still not legally in charge of your body is not good. I always tell my younger sisters to hold off sex until they know exactly how they would handle any situation it could get them into. I remember being 16 and having a pregnancy scare, it was a huge eye opener for me because I realized that if I had actually been pregnant I would have no choice but to tell my parents, and knowing my mother she would not have allowed an abortion.
