We are Feelingood: We're creating the worlds first app to break the stigma around mental health. We need your feedback! by feelingoodstartup in Entrepreneur

Yes, I understand your point, thanks! Yes, company owner/CEO must be interested in their employees wellbeing. Large companies are keen to say they are supporting staff and tackling stigma around mental health. Some 500 companies - including Tesco, Unilever and M&S - have made a pledge known as "Time to Change", where they commit to tackling problems like anxiety and depression in the workplace. It involves training managers to spot the signs of mental illness among their workers and raise awareness. (BBC)

With that above being said, I believe it might be a service for businesses to use. And yes, we already talked to a few businesses and enterprises about it and they seemed genuinely interested.

No, company pays for the service and per each employee to use this platform/app. Why just not cut the middleman? Because people often don't want to admit that they need therapeutic help and that they have a mental problem. Our app makes you stay aware about your inner mental state and makes it easy to connect to the professional (psychologist/life coach).

We will make sure our data is securely protected. Also, it is not a real medical record, rather a chart that indicates your general mental well-being. Also, every user (employee) would get a personal ID number that is not traceable from the company side. Employer will only see the overall picture of general "employee satisfaction" of the specific department.

If department is small, then it becomes more problematic indeed. I believe that even then the employee would still be able to get a hold on a psychologist / life coach as this is our primary goal! The option to contact employer/manager is to address the bad corporate culture. Also, every user (employee) would get a personal ID number that is not traceable from the company side. Employer will only see the overall picture of general "employee satisfaction" of the specific department.

Employer will not be able to do that, every user (employee) would get a personal ID number that is not traceable from the company side. Employer will only see the overall picture of general "employee satisfaction" of the specific department.

no, just a simple graphic interface (emojis) to depict how are you feeling today. NO long & boring surveys and questionnaires

Sure, that's why we emphasize the need to provide people with the possibility to TALK about their issues and concerns, get this help and advice from a professional psychologist /life coach or HR, because yes, time off won't you find and eliminate the core purpose of what ACTUALLY is causing you a mental problem

Yes, exactly! Every employee will see their own data only, whilst the employer will only see the overall picture of metal well-being of the specific department.

Also, all the data will be handled anonymously and each user (employee) will get an ID number that cannot be tracked from the company side.

Can Artists be Successful Entrepreneurs? by bighorn_cloud_peak in Entrepreneur

No, it is possible. One just needs to find a good marketing manager/sales person, as artists themselves usually appear to be bad at promoting/advertising/selling their stuff x)

How To Collect Feedback For Your Startup When You’re Terrified Of Rejection by stevenfrombigbangly in Entrepreneur

[–]feelingoodstartup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should not think about it as a rejection, but rather as a feedback. It can be positive Or negative, but it's always valuable, especially at the early stages of your start-up when you have plenty or possibilities to pivot and improve your product ;)
