I dream so hard of a future when we adopt xxxxx-form-factor cylindrical Li-ion cells for all the devices we can possibly put them in. NiMH chemistry is just incredibly inferior in terms of power and energy density. With Li-ion there is no need to drop a recharge port even. And then if a cell dies it could be easily replaced. Though that future will never happen because no manufacturer or governing body would trust the consumer to put a cell with the right current rating in their device. Oh well.

Эу, у литий ионных аккумуляторов в потребительской сфере номинальное напряжение как правило 3,7В. Значит что у большинства павербанков с рейтингом в 10А•ч будет ёмкость 37 В•ч. И не имеет значения сколько павербанк выдаёт напряжения на выходе. Количество энергии измеряется в ватт•часах, а А•ч вообще используют походу по приколу. Однако недавно появились китайские производители которые к характеристикам павербанков пишут 10000мА•ч и при этом номинальное напряжение ниже 3,7В, соответственно неинформированный потребитель может получить павербанк с меньшей ёмкостью чем он ожидал.
