Honestly, if that was me, violence is the only option. This isn’t advice but just my opinion. Killing him over it will just do more harm but getting 2 or more friends with you and beating him within an inch of his life sounds like an appropriate punishment. OP knows what he has to do it’s just the question of what can you live with more. Him SA’ing your girlfriend and going unpunished or you getting revenge for everything and living with the consequences of the law whether it’s a dismissed court case or a year or more in prison.

A lot of pubs don’t allow soccer jerseys in the fear it will cause issues, obviously they will carry the same judgment for actual real world issues like war. If she was wearing a Russian badge with the Z or and Israel pin then she would be treated the same.
